Scheduling Assistance

Filling the census for a SMA is critical to success, both for economic and group dynamic reasons. Research has found that when patients are recruited properly, SMAs (on average) generate significantly higher census level and profits per hour.

Even more, it is important for the group that enough individuals participate in the appointment.

We will help train staff on how they can talk to patients about SMAs and train your team on best practice techniques. We will work side-by-side with your staff to make sure you meet your SMA quotas.
