An ongoing SMA may occur monthly, biweekly or weekly. SMAs create a support system during the appointment, but what happens after? Imagine that there were ways for patients to stay engaged in their care in between appointments.

There will be! Our patient mobile app will give patients:

  • Support
  • Information
  • Help with goal setting

Most of all, we hope that it will improve their patient self-management and, ultimately, their health. Mobile apps are the next frontier of patient engagement. Our evidence-based mobile app will aim to meet the needs of a broad audience and provide a tool that both patients and providers can utilize.
